The entire staff at this banking is amazing, professional and personable. Wells fargo in Madison is like going back in time to your hometown bank , the care the concern and attention to detail is absolutely outstanding,. This is a 1hour drive foe me but with the service and care for my needs it isn't a problem and glad to do it. I can honestly say in the 35 years I. My fiance got there this afternoon to get something notarized at 4:30pm. No one was in front of him in the lobby. The manager sent 2 tellers home, while he sat waiting and then she proceeded to help 1 customer that came in after my fiance with a safety deposit box. She left him just sitting there while she was counting down drawers. They were not busy at all.
