Used the drive through to get a check cashed. Staff were friendly, courteous and prompt.
I tried to get a wire thru, online, to my son, for 2 days now, so he could get a car for Christmas. Teller was crabby and would not give me my account number without a fight, argument. Got disturbed and left my ID at the bank, need to drive back there and retrieve it during banking hours, they will not mail it. The Inverness Personal Banker allowed me to ventilate. Great service. But, they need to have the waiting chairs cleaned (they smell).
A few weeks ago I became a member of Wells Fargo and I accidentally put the wrong account number in my account and when I came in a lady here told me there was nothing they could do about it. Two weeks later I came back and spoke with Jacob crysel and immediately he resolved my issue. I am overly thankful for his help !
