The service was a little slow, but all of the employees were super friendly and helpful.
Every single time I have to go to this location there are not enough tellers and there is always a middle aged woman walking around with a tablet doing absolutely nothing. This location is horrible and I honestly wonder why it's even open. All your reviews are terrible and your automated response is not change....
We had scheduled an appointment with them for Saturday weeks ago. We aren’t from this area and needed this appointment ugently for my dad’s account. We get to the location and they are closed due to a power outage. They had confirmed with us the appointment 2 days before and the day of the appointment. If they saw that they had no power, they should’ve made arrangements for those of us SCHEDULED to be there that day. Common courtesy would’ve been appreciated. Now we have to wait another 2 months to be able to get this resolv... read more
