I have been a client of this bank since 1986 and I will say I have NEVER had a real problem with this bank. I've read a lot of posts that were negative in some respects. I look at it this way, if you can sit in a fast food line for 20-30 minutes you can sit and wait for your turn to be seen by a banker. When there is a power outage and you arrive and the branch is closed don't blame the bankers. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The service was a little slow, but all of the employees were super friendly and helpful.
Every single time I have to go to this location there are not enough tellers and there is always a middle aged woman walking around with a tablet doing absolutely nothing. This location is horrible and I honestly wonder why it's even open. All your reviews are terrible and your automated response is not change....
