Staffing tragedy. Nice staff but horrible resourcing approach. WF closed all the branches in the area and then understaff the residual branches. Currently assessing other banks that want to provide real service that customers need rather than being a part of WF's bottom line. Such a shame. I really liked working with them.
Fast I did my banking got cash for rent no problem when the line got long they put out more tellers that's how you run a bank. Great job.
Why is there only ever 1 teller working. I always dread having to go inside of this branch....
I just wanna say that this place was great. All the employees are great but Antonio and Christopher were amazing. Christopher help me open up a bank account went over everything I needed every question that I asked he answered he wasn’t quick to get me out. Even when a lady got awfully aggressive with her, they both kept their cool and tried to help her to the best of their ability. They are amazing if you need help ask for one of them.
