Long time Wells Fargo customer. Typically I go in here with the hope there are two tellers and the reality that most times there is one often during busiest times. Typically wait time are 20 minutes and the last time was 45 minutes with bankers and manager hanging out and talking about non bank information, with occasional look up and standard “thank you for your patience”. I went there to cash a small government issued check. I have my DMV paperwork and several other forms of identification but the stuck up woman at the counter wouldn't cash it. Neither would her high and mighty super stuck up supervisor. Laughed at me for trying to cash their check issued by the government. I would give minus a hundred stars and I will be making an ordeal with the cfpb, bbb, FDIC, and issuer of said check.
