"bank" doesn't accept american money.
It was already a bad experience due to the 20 minute wait but then the white woman behind the teller desk used her black, male manager to effectively discriminate against me & I'll explain why. When I walked in an older woman and younger guy were sitting in the lobby area designated for extended services. As my son and I walked to towards the line, the older lady got up and said that she had been waiting but sat down. No problem. We get in line behind her. Very poor customer service. Waited 28 minutes in the lobby to speak to one of the two consultants. To hear they couldn't help us that they were closing soon. I have been a customer for 16 years definitely time to find a new bank in tennessee.
