Overall my experience with Jake was good but I recently went in because Jake said that I was able to come back in to do an in person balance transfer. He was super amazing and very detailed with helping me as he could see I had some knowledge but not all knowledge. I saw a few comments on how they should hire people that want to work and I agree.
