Overall my experience with Jake was good but I recently went in because Jake said that I was able to come back in to do an in person balance transfer. He was super amazing and very detailed with helping me as he could see I had some knowledge but not all knowledge. I saw a few comments on how they should hire people that want to work and I agree. I've used Wells Fargo for almost 30 years and in 3 different states. When I moved back to TN in 2020, I used a ... community bank which became more of a hassle than anything. With WF, I don't have to worry that traveling 3 counties away is going to shut off my debit card. This WF branch in particular is just the right amount of banking for my needs: friendly staff, efficient process, secure 24-hour ATM access, and a great location.
