Wish I could give 0 STARS!!! Opened an account and when I am driving to the bank (30 minute drive) to then not be able to activate it. Horrible customer service when you call. Canceling this garbage and will NEVER bank with Wells Fargo ever again. Worse bank to exist
This is by far the worst branch of any wf I've been to. There's always issues here. The drive thru is just closed permanently cuz they dont have enough business to bring workers in for it. Meanwhile there are consistently 5+ workers standing around on their phones playing games instead of helping the line of customers inside the building. Great staff people there all so nice they find the way to help me out even when I didn’t have an appointment, they are awesome, the manager and specially Kyrie he was so professional on his work.
