Great staff people there all so nice they find the way to help me out even when I didn’t have an appointment, they are awesome, the manager and specially Kyrie he was so professional on his work.
Laplata is the absolute worst. They are all nice when you sign up and come in, but EVERY single time I call they always have to take a message for someone to call back and no one never does. Its ridiculous. They are not that busy and its extremely rude. I will call another bank next time. Won't give them that opportunity NOT to call me back again.
Wonderful Bank!! I have two accounts here at this location. Mr. Thornton has been excellent in helping me manage them both making the right decisions for my family. It's been my experience the customer is impeccable. No long lines excellent for when I'm in a hurry!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. The manager was horrible. Extremely disrespectful, cocky, and illiterate. Would never recommend nor will I ever go back
I am not sure if it was a good idea to do business with Wells fargo or this exact branch, they look nice people but they really give me hard time with some unknown rules which even they cant explain it, i feel like maybe they do wanna see me around this branch.
