Wonderful Bank!! I have two accounts here at this location. Mr. Thornton has been excellent in helping me manage them both making the right decisions for my family. It's been my experience the customer is impeccable. No long lines excellent for when I'm in a hurry!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. The manager was horrible. Extremely disrespectful, cocky, and illiterate. Would never recommend nor will I ever go back
I am not sure if it was a good idea to do business with Wells fargo or this exact branch, they look nice people but they really give me hard time with some unknown rules which even they cant explain it, i feel like maybe they do wanna see me around this branch.
My sister is a transplant from Florida and she banks with Wells Fargo. My first experience was with the Waldorf bank and it was less than impressive. Today i went to the one of Rosewick and it was the best banking experience I've ever had. The manager Ed, was super nice. The assisting staff were all equally as nice and helpful! Thank you so much for making my sisters day go so easy.
Amazing service and help from Cait, Teisha and Khiry. I look forward to doing my banking here. Very good customer service and very friendly. Very helpful with all of my needs opening a new account and doing a wire transfer. Highly recommended, you can't make everyone happy, some people are miserable and will stay miserable. Oh well.
