Great customer service care from handling all my questions to doting on my three girls! Very friendly and explained opening an account and even guided me on the new app without judgement! So grateful for Megan, Lydia and Lacey! Muy buena
This bank only services customers with accounts at the bank for most transactions. If you need services such as foreign currency buy back, they will not do it if you are not a bank customer... even though money would be made either way.
Progressively worse and worse customer service over time, I only wish I wasn’t required to use this bank or else I wouldn’t at all.
