I went into this location to get change. The teller advised me that it would be no issue getting $100 in quarters. I then went to THEIR atm (and paid the $4 foreign atm fee) and pulled out the $100 and when i went back in that same teller said sorry, I can only give you $20 in quarters... Had I known that I wouldn't have used their ATM and paid their $4 fee. Crooks and liars. I am in the process of switching banks and trust me, Wells Fargo will not be considered now after that BS.
I HAVE NEVER posted a 1 star review however I've never felt so disrespected...this branch has a SMALL CASH withdraw limit! The Closest brick and mortar bank branch is 30 minutes from my house so I called yesterday to make sure I could come withdraw a large sum of cash to purchase a used RV (is Less than $15,000 large? ATM WAS FAST AND EASY.
When we had an issue with adding my husband to my account Brady and Apple were able to fix it. I give them 5+ But… The tellers(one is a supervisor) needs to be retrained on how to treat a customer. She was short, and not very professional. I was trying to ask questions and she continued to cut me off and kept telling me I will tell you once I am finished. I am a new banker I have been N trying to get on line bankingin wells fargo it will not accept any of my pass/user/ now they want a pass key the Banker is more then nice but if I don't get straighten out I'm moving to Bank of Ozark if it can't be fixed ialready have an acc there I can get on line no problem I need this straighten out this week thank you
