I was traveling in Sitka and came across this conveniently located Wells Fargo. The employees were kind and friendly, and Lorna helped me out with my transaction. She provided exceptional service and even complimented my teenage son on his beautiful curly hair. She was really helpful in answering our questions helping us feel welcome as first time travelers in Alaska.
Wells Fargo is a crappy bank. The staff is great. The manager is rude but she’s probably under stress from working at the only major bank in town.
