Went into branch to resolve a fraud issue. I left thinking the issue was resolved after being sat down by a Wells Fargo associate and going through what I thought was the process of verifying my identity for a new debit card. I was told 7-10 days was the estimated wait time for my new card to arrive by the associate that attended to me. It has now been 12 days. Well Fargo is the worst bank I ever had there was fraud on my account and they never called me they closed my account and left me -3,970 didn't care to help me after I did a police report they cleared my balance and still didn't have my back this bank doesn't care to help when fraud happens just let you figure it out and close your account and they never answer the phone it's like a ghost staff
