They are too pathetic and lazy to be open on weekends. This is a completely useless branch of a bank.
Baby, let me tell you… this branch is giving confusion, chaos, and attitude — and that’s just from the branch manager. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I came in around 4:47 p.m. today to cash a check. I noticed a woman in-front of me came to deposit almost $400 worth of coins and dollar bills. You could see the mood of the banker, E. Shay Reid flip almost instantly. I do understand the feeling of people coming in 15 minutes before closing time attempting to complete transactions. Can I give zero stars instead of one? Really need to work on customer service instead of just saying “thank you for your input…we will look into this”. In branch on Zebulon Rd June2nd around 1:30. Had to go in (unfortunately) since drive thru closed.
The woman who does the notary is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. Before I was able to ask about notarizing my documents. She was extremely disrespectful to the customer before me. I will not do any type of business here and advise anyone to go somewhere else!
