Extremely inefficient service ; there is consistently only one person handling the front counter while two employees focus on the drive-thru, leading to long and unnecessary lines inside. I kept my Wells Fargo accounts for the service of a larger bank when i moved to a smaller town, but I will probably move to another bank because the service is much worse.
I just tried to make a small cash deposit into my 16 year old son’s checking account. It was $1,000 given to me by his loving grandparents to help him in saving up for his first car. They acted like I was trying to breach the White House security detail, and wouldn’t allow me to make the deposit because “I wAsN’t LiStEd On ThE aCcOuNt WiTh HiM”.
