most frustrating experience ever with a bank/credit card. on phone over half an hour just to pay the bill and STILL can't get it done! 3 representatives later, STILL not able to make payment.
The staff here is generally friendly and helpful, which makes banking a bit less stressful. However, I've noticed that the wait times can be quite long, especially during peak hours. Overall, it's a decent branch, but they could definitely improve on efficiency.
