Rude and inconsiderate. I was told employees getting their breaks was more important than my needing help.
Very helpful and hands-on bank manager here. Helped me open a new checking account that I was struggling to open online. Spent almost an hour with me setting it up and ensured that it was opened correctly. Also, the location in Waynesville is very convenient and easy to get to from the main road; which is a huge plus for me.
