Called 4 times at 4pm on dot, in my opinion, you should never have to wait on hold for a representative to be told “ There are no bankers at this time they can assist you with your call” I mean… This place sucks. I will no longer be banking with them after this week huge company not efficient customer service.
Love Wells Fargo for 12 years now but the Palmer, AK branch is the worst I've ever had to deal with honestly. They never have more than one teller working and there is always a huge line because of that. The bankers or branch manager don't help work through the line ever when they could very easily assist with smaller scale transactions or needs of the people in line. Terrible bank. They closed drive thru. Require id to pay your car payment and make no apologies for making every transaction difficult. Find another bank if you want customer service and yes they talk to eachother instead of helping customers. Had to go again to make a payment and that rude manager was just clicking around on her heels instead of helping their one single teller. I left paid a bill came back and same people were in line. The rude blonde lady complained I parked for my dog in the shade in the CLOSED drive thru... read more
