This review isn't a direct reflection on the people that work here. I haven't had a bad experience when I've been here, when they are open, with that being said, I'm getting tired of them not being open on Saturdays. So if I want to handle anything in the branch we have to got to Wasilla(which closes at noon) even the one in Eagle River is closed on Saturdays. Absolutely ridiculous. Every other bank is open. Wells Fargo did reach out to me. I’m certain there’s a solution.
Went to Palmer branch to cash a check for my 89 y/o mom so she could have cash. However bc I don’t have an account with them they wanted a ten dollar fee. What? The customer is already paying for their services. So checks if written to someone by a WF customer don’t help people if they do not also have an account there. Really - I think Wells Fargo makes more than enough money without gouging their customers. New manager needs her Head checked
Not good customer service at all. Went in at 3:50pm to open an account and they said they were unable to make the account because of the time, even though they don’t close till 5:00pm and there was no other customers in the building that they were busy helping.
