This was the first time I had used this location and Alisha was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly with everything I needed taken care of.
I recently tried a IRA withdrawal with manager. He couldn't figure out how? He asked the banker for help. Again they couldn't do it? Manager handed me a post it to call WF advisors. Both manager and banker had done this before for me in past. Albuquerque branch completed in 15 minutes... I got the impression the manager did not want to be bothered on a Friday.
