The Bank Manager wasn’t helpful at all. Very prejudice towards black people!!!
I came here because I thought I would get better costumer service. I was wrong. The entrance is at the corner of the mall complex. When you walk in you have to ATM machines , after that another set of doors leads you to the lobby. The lobby has a couple of couches, a few cubicles and only two tellers. The tellers are one foot apart. I have never seen anything like it. If two customers are there at the same time , there is no privacy. You are within ear shot of hearing everything. POOR POLICIES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIND ANOTHER BANK THAT ACTUALLY CARES.
