This is the worst branch of this bank. I went to Eastchester branch at 2:00 PM; there were five employees doing absolutely nothing. I asked to make five deposits from my job, I was the only customer there and they told me I had to leave them in the drop box because that gets processed overnight. What kind of answer is that? Every week I bring work deposits to the Mamaroneck and Larchmont branches, and they handle them without any issues. I’d prefer they just told me they didn't want to work.
