I am a premier customer and I am completely dissatisfied with the service they provide. Very poor quality service. You cannot receive services in person or over the phone unless you make an appointment. It Is not a doctor’s office or visit. Also, employees do not know how to approach customers in a polite manner starting from the manager of the bank. Now, I’m considering changing bank. This is the worst branch of this bank. I went to Eastchester branch at 2:00 PM; there were five employees doing absolutely nothing. I asked to make five deposits from my job, I was the only customer there and they told me I had to leave them in the drop box because that gets processed overnight. What kind of answer is that? Every week I bring work deposits to the Mamaroneck and Larchmont branches, and they handle them without any issues. I’d prefer they just told me they didn't want to work.
