We opened an account here since we moved here. They helped open it & was done in no time. No complaints there. We didn't have an appointment either. Was in town & just decided to stop by. It is in town on the main street. Has 1 atm & 1 drive up teller (watch out for the weird curves in that area) I don't get why they didn't cut the curves out. And no I didn't hit them but I can see how people can. Let me say the biggest problem here, it is that there is no music! It feels like a funeral home...wait no...more like a morgue. B... read more
I've been trying to call the Centerville branch and it goes to an automated system that I can't access from my cellphone due to service issues in our area. I'm so fed up with these AI and computer animated services. Give me live customer service without the constant pressure to use anything other than a real person.
Tried to open an account at their location. They couldn’t even find my country in their system. Wasted 2 hours of driving there and back. Went to wells fargo in Mansfield and had no issues. Customer service is terrible in Centerville.
