Great folks kind and courteous
This branch is awesome. I had general customer service questions about opening an account. Had tried to inquire in person at the branch in Asheboro NC but ended up calling this Siler City location due to poor service in Asheboro. The people in Siler City were so pleasant and helpful. Genuine. Even though they didn't have appointments open today they were willing to work with me if needed. Gave me other options and recommendations if we couldn't come in. Wanted to open an Estate account and be able to deposit checks using the ATM. They were GREAT and Lisa, the manager was extremely helpful. Helped me get the needed EIN and printed off some checks for me. After a week I received a check for the estate and I tried to deposit it in the estate account from the ATM and could not. Lisa showed me how to deposit estate checks using the inside ATM. I wish they had a drive through.
They are quick to take care of my banking needs.
