Working with Ali was phenomenal!
I rarely give such poor reviews but since I've now seen two others mentioning banker Lita Ramsingh and her lack of knowledge or willingness to help, I will add mine. All smiles until I asked her I needed to open a business checking account, then offered excuses as to why it was so complicated. Back and forth phone messages for a week and finally she wouldn't call back. If Wells Fargo wants to live up to their international reputation they need to hire educated people. Or close down and just offer an ATM machine.
The young man that helped mom was patient and very professional. The manager on the other hand was disengaged, and clueless to customer relations, insisting we must utilize the bank’s interpret although I could have translated for mom easily. Perhaps some etiquette and ethics training will make her a more valuable asset for Wells Fargo and less of a hoodlum. Great small bank branch. I've been coming here for years and it's nice to go to a bank where they make the effort to know and remember your name. Staff is always very helpful and friendly!
This is the worst wells fargo i've ever been..we get received by this personal Banker Lita Ramsingh NMLSR ID:766213..No smile ..attitude...and refuse to help us opening account to my wife mama..saying that she not speaking English..and we don't have nobody to translate Arabic for her..even the mama got 200.000$ from back home that she wanna save it at wells fargo..finally this lady she was lazy doing her job...:-((
