This place is not very knowledgeable. I talked to the Mortgage estate department about my mom mortgage and the people there that was scanning the paperwork and didn’t even know what was needed even though I told them that that’s what the lady told me and they tried to argue with me. I would not bank here it’s a shitty bank. They need to educate themselves especially since they are a big corporation and this is why I only bank with credit unions!
I went in to see why my account had over $150 in overdraft fees on an account that I was told I did not have overdraft on, and why my paycheck was being held hostage for over a week without them cashing it, I talked to Donna Renee Lavigne and she claimed it was at their discretion to let overdrafts go through, I repeatedly explained to her that I told them when I signed up for an account that I did not want overdraft protection and you have to connect another bank account just to have overdraft protection which I did not, sh... read more
Just want to say thank you to Brandy for helping me out today. Moving from California to Oklahoma and didn't realize that there are no Wells Fargo branches in Oklahoma! Drive down to this branch in Texas to send a wire and get some bank activity certified to send to the title company. Brandy went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you again for a great experience and really appreciate everything you did for me.
Donna worked very hard to help resolve my issues. Very polite office.
