There need to be extensive training for individuals whom hold positions as a Personal Banker and Branch Manager at this location. Wells Fargo is a large business corporation and the conduct of customer service is very important. Two employees hanging up the phone on a customer is " not" showing the business professionalism of this corporation . Do not bank with them
How many months before the outside ATM is fixed or at the very least cleaned up? It looks horrible for a bank that you know makes plenty of money to fix these things. Seriously thinking about leaving this bank and not just for the aesthetics but for many other reasons as well
