There need to be extensive training for individuals whom hold positions as a Personal Banker and Branch Manager at this location. Wells Fargo is a large business corporation and the conduct of customer service is very important. Two employees hanging up the phone on a customer is " not" showing the business professionalism of this corporation . How many months before the outside ATM is fixed or at the very least cleaned up? It looks horrible for a bank that you know makes plenty of money to fix these things. Seriously thinking about leaving this bank and not just for the aesthetics but for many other reasons as well

I usually use the ATM but the ATM has been down for the past month. Went to go use their services inside at 4:45 and they were closed. They won’t fix their ATM, they won’t update their hours to closing 15 minutes early, they close 15 minutes early and this all started happening after they got a new employee whoever it is who closes the door. The gentleman before him would close the doors at 5 o’clock on the dot, 6 years at this bank and we NEVER had the atm down that long nor do they close 15 minutes early. The man will smil... read more
