Where do I even start with how bad this bank is. I got scammed online and they said there's nothing they can do. They never answer the phone if they do answer a simple stop payment takes 45 minutes. Only been here 3 months and im done. 10/10 dont bank here.
Some staff is fantastic. Others act like you owe them for being here. Wells Fargo charges most acocunt holders monthly fees for holding our money. Some of these folks need to remember this is a customer service adjacent business. But they seemingly won't. So be it. Plenty of other "banking" options.
