Reliable and close to home
This is the worst customer service ever and it’s so disturbing. The security man who works at the parking lot is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I won’t ever come back to this bank and I don’t recommend anyone else to come either.
Worst customer service. I walked in asking to open a CD and the MANAGER told me she didn’t have anyone to help me. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years. Now I want to go to a different bank.

Wow, I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. Then again, I'm not so surprised after the experience I went through. I didn't say anything for a bit of time now but I see that this one particular teller is still working there. Story time... So the town was having a town wide garage sale. I don't bank with Wells Fargo but every so often I withdraw money from the ATM.
