Long time customer from when we had two retail stores, a consulting service and a commercial building. Customer service used to be very good. They still have good first line people, but policies and procedures are pitiful. We suffered refusal to accept deposits, delays in crediting deposits from govt agencies, and fees for “late fees” That weren’t late.
