Eleazar was super friendly and eager to help! He solved all of my issues within minutes
Worst branch customer service. Went in to get a check. The manager was standing around doing nothing and told me they couldn't do it today as they were booked. I drove to the New Hope branch and had my check in 10 minutes. Scott at the New Hope Branch was the best!
This branch has to have the worst customer experience of any Wells Fargo bank. Today I was the only customer in the drive through and it took 20 minutes for a straight deposit. It is totally unacceptable. Unfortunately, the people who probably hear the complaints are not to blame. The manager at this branch couldn't care less about his customers or his employees.
