Worst branch customer service. Went in to get a check. The manager was standing around doing nothing and told me they couldn't do it today as they were booked. I drove to the New Hope branch and had my check in 10 minutes. Scott at the New Hope Branch was the best!
This branch has to have the worst customer experience of any Wells Fargo bank. Today I was the only customer in the drive through and it took 20 minutes for a straight deposit. It is totally unacceptable. Unfortunately, the people who probably hear the complaints are not to blame. The manager at this branch couldn't care less about his customers or his employees. Horrible experience. They are always understaffed (1 teller) with very long waits while the other employees hide in their empty offices. The manager shows no interest in helping even though customers are visibly unhappy. They called me to say I left my credit card at branch so I drove back to pick it up, and the manager said I had to wait in a very long line just for them to hand it to me. I told him to cut up the card and immediately took my business to TD Bank.
I went there to have papers printed for my dad for his mortgage guy they told me it would take days the guy was rude very rude told me I have to wait until Friday for them to print out and they will call when done my sister went to Phillipsburg band wells fargo they did it that day for her no problems very disappointed
I was at this location last week to complete a transaction. No one welcomed me. I got into the line to wait on the teller and 2 financial advisors came out of their rooms at different times. They both stared at me but never said welcome or that they would be with me shortly. Only the teller looked at me and said that she will be with me shortly. Don't expect me to go here again.
