Had a really good experience with multiple people here. I was having some problems establishing a trust account and getting check deposited and they found a way to make everything work. I'm very very happy I know they could have easily just said sorry get a new check but they did what they needed to do to get it figured out. Above & beyond customer service. Much appreciated
I do not have Wells Fargo anymore. Somebody tried to hack my account and it is still unresolved 3 years later. That being said, the ladies that work in here really sweet
Been trying to get them to stop sending a useless statement for an account that is closed for my deceased family member. Made 7 trips into the branch in Irvine and Astoria. Multiple promises and no follow through, super frustrating, reading to close my account, unwanted mail won't stop I am sure.0terrible
Did you really allow work all night on Thursday August 13, 2026 into Friday morning on the outside of your building (painting or getting ready to paint) in Astoria without notifying the city or getting permission to do this? The beeping noise of the aerial lift or cherry picker was constant, not just when backing up and went on all night and heard by many clients at nearby Hotel Elliott. It was horrible!
