I kept getting hung up on by rob he doesn’t wanna do his job he just likes to make ur life harder this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Wells Fargo I called 5 times he hung up on me each time and didn’t even try to help me with my problems thank you rob for ur hard work I appreciate ur help I hope everybody else gets the same effort u gave me thanks rob for all ur hard work
We had a serious issue with our business account. The manager of this branch, Alex, spent hours advocating for us & working to resolve the issue. It was stressful, but he brought clarity and a resolution. Thank you Alex & fellow team members who helped us.
I get there at 9:15. A little bit of wet snow and you"re not open until 11AM. Swiss Farms is open. Shop Rite is open. You guys are the worst.
I am updating my review to 3 stars after the assistant manager, Trish, returned from lunch she was helpful in letting me know the manager will be in 2/27 and sending him an email to reach out to me. I am waiting to hear back from manager, Alex, on 2/27. Hopefully everything can be resolved as I have been banking with Wells Fargo for many years.
Drive thru ATM was busy but moving.
