This is the worst branch I have ever been to in all my years banking with wells fargo. Second time I've been in here and confirmed the last time. NO WONDER the reviews and rating on this bank are so low.
Very disappointing. I made an appointment via online with a banker. Appears there's only one "banker" in the place even though other employees are sitting in offices without customers. Appointment was for 3:30. The banker even called me at 9:15 that morning to confirm. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time, however, the banker still had two people in her office. This branch is atrocious. They took the drive through away so you have to go inside. When you go inside, there's always a line of 5 or 6 people and it takes the tellers 10-15 mins with each person. Now, I understand it can get busy and waiting in lines is a part of life, but at least have working ATM's that people can do their banking on because most of the time their ATM's are either down or "unavailable" so you can't even do your banking that way. They need to hire more tellers, but we all know they don't want to pay more ... read more
