Fast and friendly
This is the worst branch I have ever been to in all my years banking with wells fargo. Second time I've been in here and confirmed the last time. NO WONDER the reviews and rating on this bank are so low.
Very disappointing. I made an appointment via online with a banker. Appears there's only one "banker" in the place even though other employees are sitting in offices without customers. Appointment was for 3:30. The banker even called me at 9:15 that morning to confirm. I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time, however, the banker still had two people in her office.
