Ditto! I called to inquire about some transactions and was eventually (after a whole lot of banter and no assistance!) to come in and see someone. I asked if I cold see the fellow I chatted with (or tried to!) on the phone and was told, "No....just see whomever is available"...Like I wasted all this time speaking with hi and he was too unconcerned to render some quality customer service?My \$23,000 deposit went to a Credit Union, where "everybody knows your name" and the service in far, far better than this joint!
I went to this bank to find out about refinancing. I spoke with a person who called himself the manager. His name was Robert Sanchez. This guy was the most incompetent person I have ever met. He kept talking to some woman on his cell phone about meeting her at a bar and couldnt wait to leave. He then tried to palm me off on someone else so I took my business elsewhere.
I made a deposit of a little over 1100.00 with this bank thru the drive thru. Two days later I realized it had not been credited to my account so I called them. I was told I would receive a call back and never did. So I called the 1-800 and was told my deposit could not be found. I had a receipt so I was really upset. 9 days later, still no deposit. I called the bank and was told "You are not the only one affected by this" as if it was suppose to make me feel better that not only was my money stolen, but others money was too... read more
The Bank has some of the worst and slowest customer service I have ever experienced. The Bank Hired some guy that is less proffesional than a gas station attendant to manage the branch. He calls himself Nasir. I am not sure how he managed to get the job but he is definitely one of the reasons that branch is miserable. If you go there anytime during business hours plans on waiting in line a minimum of 15 min. And if you actually need any kind of real assistance then I highly recommend going to another bank.
