Shannon McNeill was the best manager I’ve ever had the chance to deal with at Eastgate, very intelligent and professional.It has been wonderful to have her at the east gate branch. She is that on point and that very good.
I have been a customer here for years. I've never done my banking anywhere else and within the past maybe 4-5 months I have started having a real problem with 2 particular employees. They have been making everything lengthy and difficult for me every time I go in. They are also very rude when working with me and talk with extremely "snobby" attitudes like they can't wait for me to leave.
