This bank is the slowest teller on the world and the only teller that works. Behind 5 people. Not sure i will make my 1600 doctor appointment
The employees here are so fantastic ! The Branch Manger Heather offered to help me and get my bills done by a computer . What a blessing … mr Alma and cierera as the tellers are fantastic ! give Heather a bonus ! Or a Starbucks Jesus Bless them .
The employees super are nice, but it’s absolutely ridiculous that it takes 20-30 mins EVERY time you in or through the drive thru. It’s gotten even worse since they remodeled. There’s always 3-4 employees and one person working. Then you got the guy who walks around asking why you’re there but offering zero assistance to his co-workers or the customers. Maybe hire some more tellers.
I use this branch frequently, it is convenient and has great parking. I wish to complement one of the associates, his name is Kenny Alam. Mr. Alam is always polite, very helpful, and customer focused. I recently visited another Wells Fargo location and had a very negative experience. I truly recommend the Timonium branch for your banking needs.
