Walked in. Staff was super Friendly and guided me through effortlessly.
Standing in line - Going on 20 minutes not moving where the woman in front of me can’t get an answer and being told she needs to speak with a banker and make an appt (which is bullshit) Ask for any help from one of the 3 ppl staring at the computer trying to help - nope - 3 ppl staring at a computer It’s the Friday of Labor Day - get it together !!!
It's the simple things like a malfunctioning ATM that irks me to comment - how can u have not just 1 BUT 2 ATMs not working on a Friday evening??? This experience made me lose some respect for wells fargo bank - like how, with all the overdraft charges & miscellaneous fees, can't a bank not keep it's very own bank locations' s working adequately. Disappointing to the fullest
This bank is the slowest teller on the world and the only teller that works. Behind 5 people. Not sure i will make my 1600 doctor appointment
The employees here are so fantastic ! The Branch Manger Heather offered to help me and get my bills done by a computer . What a blessing … mr Alma and cierera as the tellers are fantastic ! give Heather a bonus ! Or a Starbucks Jesus Bless them .
