I was helped by the branch manager, Jeremy, and he was wonderful to work with. He was personable, kind, professional, patient, and incredibly clear in his explanations. My wife’s second language is English, and he made sure that she understood everything that was going on. He also informed us about many other options offered by Wells Fargo as we approach a move.

We were able to have a great open communication about my questions and needs. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the concepts of the product he was offering. I was there about 2 weeks ago but got caught in life and that's why I didn't leave a review before. I love my WF bank.
Arrived 30 minutes before closing. Associate was willing to stay and help us open an account. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fabulous experience!
