This rating is base on my second experience with the same lady, First time she saw I have a lot of cash and I was on the line waiting on the next available teller, when she told me that deposits could be made at the “ATM Machine” but she said it in a way the just to hear her was so annoying! and rude”!! Even though I told her the reason was because I had a lot of singles dollars bills, and it was gonna take me to much to do it at the ATM”and it was “no safe” to do it! I had a cashiers check issued from my capital one bank account made out to my father’s name. He was using this money to pay for a new apartment. He deposited the check on April 30. Being that cashiers checks are certified checks, as good as cash, the money should have immediately gone into his account. On May 4th he went to make payment for his new place. The funds were not in his account still!! Upon calling we find out they are holding funds until May 12!!! They never told him they would hold the funds for such an inexcusa... read more
