Wells Fargo is horrible at customer service. A tree on a wells Fargo foreclosed properties has been uprooted and is about to fall on Tracye Payne Wilson's house. For 2 weeks I have been begging them to cut it down. They won't return my calls. Gave me a "claim number" over a week ago and now no one will talk to me.
