Horrible phone customer service! As in so many places now, they do their best to make it impossible to talk to a real person.
They still do not have contactless ATMs?!?!?! Get real! Wake up!
A great place to have your money stolen. If you deposit a large check they put a hold on it. (All banks do this) but if it's a reputable company that the check is from. Walmart, citibank, discover ect..... they add to this hold time. I was told by them I could get access to all my funds the 4th. On the fifth they still wouldn't let me access. I went in there and they said now it was the ninth. So on the 4th they took my funds stuck them in their own money market or other high gain account to make some free money on the backs... read more
