Ray is a nuisance. Does not respect the members and does not return calls after he requested that I call him. I called two times a day for three days after he left a message that I needed to contact him about my account. I had to take off work and drive to the bank on Tuesday to ask why he was calling me on a Saturday. It was literally nothing. I lost time and gas to this Nuisance. In all the years I’ve banked with Wells Fargo and have called this branch I have never had the phone answered. The amount of time wasted trying to do anything with this branch is a joke.
My elderly father has been telling me over the past few months that when he goes to this location to withdraw cash out (he is old school, does not use the ATM) that he gets shorted money. So I decided to go with him and stayed in the car. He went in, came out, and I counted the money. He was shorted $100! Since he had already come outside I knew that he couldn't go back in and say anything, they would say he/we took the money out. So the next time I went inside with him.
