Amazing, friendly, reliable bankers. The best customer service you could possibly ever ask for. Ive been with Wells Fargo for years, and they have never done me wrong.
At this location, Roger is the greatest and the reason I go there for fantastic customer service.
EVERY time I try and contact this bank by phone, no one picks up the phone to respond to the call. You can NEVER reach a living soul to ask your question or whatever. This is the worst customer service response I have ever seen. I can call over and over again to speak to someone at the local branch BECAUSE the LOCAL BRANCH is who I need to speak to; NOT the people at the corporate level phone number, but repeatedly, I get kicked over to them anyway.
