Absolutely the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with at a bank! They all go out of their way to ask if you need anything and they will even remember your name. Ka Ying is incredibly nice and patient and handled everything for me really speedily. Seth is also extremely knowledgeable and patient. Wonderful service all around, including the lady that I spoke to on the phone. The inside is also really clean and relaxing. The bank itself so far has been great and I like all the app insights.
Would not recommend this place it’s insulting very disappointed in the service a family member received. Completely uncalled for
This bank branch is disgusting. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Witness racial profiling, they won’t assist you if you’re anything but white or caucasian.
The customer service, personal, friendly, OPEN cannot get better than this bank, from manager to the worker bees. I go in there, and I FEEL good. Everyone has just about the happiest disposition! I need whatever they are drinking!!!! LOL
