My husband went into the bank to handle a check deposit that wasn’t going through AFTER it’s already been on hold for a week. (Standard hold so we had no issues with that). He left work early, had talked to customer service on the phone and was told all he had to do was go into the bank and the so called manager had to handle it, what does she say “ I don’t remove holds in my bank.” We still aren’t being offered a solution for this issue and honestly the manager at this bank shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t do her job. Wish there was a negative star! The worst location is definitely orange va.
One customer in the bank. I walked in makes two. One teller helping the customer in front of me. Two walking around. One sitting at the drive-thru with no customers the whole time I was standing in there for 25 minutes.
