Covid 19 is preventing us to use the lobby to make a transaction. I was told to use the drive thru...Have you seen the lines? Everyone is trying to do their banking thru the drive thru. WHY can we not wear a mask like we do any other establishment?
Each time I visit this branch it’s obvious that it is a high pressure sales environment and because of this the atmosphere feels tense and serious. Employees seem unhappy probably due to the Branch Manager being unprofessional, unknowledgeable, rude and immature.
They completely accommodate, your wants, interests, and needs. The staff, are, all, very friendly.
