Wells.Fargo has declined over the years.I have been a customer for 10 yearsI've had two cards compromised and identitytheft issues.I don't bank online yet they continually suggest that I use an App !Their A I robot he's both infuriating an incomprehensible. After the branch, they could only show me 3 transactions at a time and suggested.I go back through the robot. Thankfully I have other banks to use
The stintch of mold inside is horrible.
The only reason this facility even got 1 star is because the ladies working the drive thru are always nice. The waiting time is ridiculous! They have 5 regular lanes and 1 commercial. Only 1 of each is open. Can they not add staff at this location? All I hear around town is negative remarks about this location. If the location isn’t doing well then close it!
