I had a completely ridiculous and unacceptable experience at this branch today. I went in to exchange 500 Euros. Instead of processing the transaction correctly, the teller, Jada, entered the currency into the system as Dominican Pesos (DOP). This completely tanked the value and resulted in a calculated payout of just $7.80. This morning I went into this branch because Bank of America lost a cashier's check. Both the lady helping me and the manager went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I worked for and retired from BofA and the level of customer service and care I received from this branch was better than anything I have gotten from BofA in my 20 years with them. Thank you!

Female Mikayla at drive thru gave rude and unprofessional service.
You can see 5 employee and 1 customer on this picture. And I had to wait in the line. It's always like that. I was talking to the manager Shawanna Washington. She ignored the problem. Assistant manager is always the loudest and ignorant person in the room. Please, fix it. Cotswold is a nice area. You shouldn't make business that way here.
