I wanted to share a cautionary note about my recent experience at this location. I encountered rude behavior from employees who aggressively confronted me for parking in a legitimate public parking spot near the building. Yelling and cursing at customers is unacceptable, especially over something as minor as parking. I recommend reconsidering visiting this bank, as their lack of professionalism does not reflect well on their company. Choose wisely when deciding where to bank!
They put a 3 day hold on my check was supposed to get it today checked my acct just to see they put another 7 day hold on it
I'm a platinum customer with multiple cash advanced deposits but my current address is different from my bank card due to a recent move. I told the banker how it's done everytime and they kept saying it didn't matter, had me try it twice and my card is now overdrawn. I'll likely be bike riding to get around in the cold until it's resolved. Peoples money shouldn't be taken so lightly.
