Female Mikayla at drive thru gave rude and unprofessional service.
You can see 5 employee and 1 customer on this picture. And I had to wait in the line. It's always like that. I was talking to the manager Shawanna Washington. She ignored the problem. Assistant manager is always the loudest and ignorant person in the room. Please, fix it. Cotswold is a nice area. You shouldn't make business that way here.
I wanted to share a cautionary note about my recent experience at this location. I encountered rude behavior from employees who aggressively confronted me for parking in a legitimate public parking spot near the building. Yelling and cursing at customers is unacceptable, especially over something as minor as parking. I recommend reconsidering visiting this bank, as their lack of professionalism does not reflect well on their company. Choose wisely when deciding where to bank!
They put a 3 day hold on my check was supposed to get it today checked my acct just to see they put another 7 day hold on it
