Cannot ever get anyone on the phone, even to ask simple questions about what to bring to an upcoming appointment.
Amazing branch! Very clean inside, all stuff is super friendly and professional. Never had any problems and always get professional help. I want to say thank you to Veronica I. for being very patient, helpful and taking time to help me with my request.
No one ever seems interested in customer service.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had to deposit one check and was there for 38 minutes!! It was for a large amount so they didn’t believe me and treated me like a criminal- lots of whispering within my earshot about whether or not it was “legit”. Denise was the most rude and never even apologized after discovering yes indeed the check was legitimate.
