I had accounts with Wells Fargo years ago, i closed them all because the service was terrible. I am now stuck using Wells fargo to make my house payment every month because my bank sold them the mortgage. I love seeing the building in owatonna but I have asked to set up online banking on 4 separate occasions. None of those times did they have a banker available for a walk in consultation. Dear Wells Fargo downtown Owatonna branch, How many branch managers/Presidents/whatever else you call those people these days have you had in the past few years? I can think of at least 4 maybe 5 who have sat in that corner office. That seems to be an incredibly high turnover rate and is very noticeable by your customers. Your teller turnover rate is also very high and noticeable. It does not look good and does not create loyalty among staff or customers. There, I said it.
