Had a wonderful experience going in without an appointment to get information and open a new account. All the staff was pleasant and helpful but have to give an extra shout out to Ana who personally assisted me with the process She was warm, informative and made the entire process smooth and easy.highly recommend! Why bother with an appointment. I went there yesterday and it was too busy. So I went ahead and set up an appointment for today. I received two confirmation texts from Wells Fargo one an hour before my appointment. 10 minutes prior to my appointment I receive a call and I get a voicemail canceling my appointment. I couldn't get the voicemail until I got to the bank because I was driving to my appointment. Service so horrible. I am very disappointed when I have account here.
Ana was the most wonderful banker. She was patient and even decided to push off getting lunch just to help me out. I had an issue with my business credit card and she made sure I didn’t just get brushed off. I will continue to come back just to have her help me.
