Ana was the most wonderful banker. She was patient and even decided to push off getting lunch just to help me out. I had an issue with my business credit card and she made sure I didn’t just get brushed off. I will continue to come back just to have her help me.

The think that this Wells Fargo Bank has more employees on cubicles doing nothing than tellers helping people is depressing, why should you have just two bankers and the rest in cubicles doing nothing but count stars. This bank use to have 5 tellers now it has two and four setting in cubicles doing nothing
My number One bank to go to they always treat me with respect and honor I have no problems with them and recommend them to somebody else
