The think that this Wells Fargo Bank has more employees on cubicles doing nothing than tellers helping people is depressing, why should you have just two bankers and the rest in cubicles doing nothing but count stars. This bank use to have 5 tellers now it has two and four setting in cubicles doing nothing
My number One bank to go to they always treat me with respect and honor I have no problems with them and recommend them to somebody else
Drive through was a little slow on Thursday noon. Other than that, this branch location is pretty good and quick.
I came to this location today to help someone open a checking account. I made an appointment before hand. I was very glad I did! There were a lot of people waiting, but because of the appointment I and the other person were taken care of right away. We had a wonderful experience with Gary! He was such a delight to work with on getting things set up! He helped the person with me set up an account. I usually complete my business and personal banking at this specific location and over the last year, the experience has become horrible at this specific branch. They are always understaffed with tellers and the ones that are working are always sitting around and work slow. Please put more employees at this location that are friendly and courteous and really cares about their job and customers.
