This review is for Wells Fargo, who locks the Wire Transfer functionality online, forcing their customers to walk into a branch…. Where tellers cannot initiate a simple Wire Transfer, forcing customers to wait for a Banker which are all booked. Very poor experience.
Slowest wells fargo in Florida.
I had a wonderful experience at Wells Fargo while renewing my CD. Austin, who assisted me ,was absolutely excellent! He provided outstanding customer service, was very knowledgeable, patient, and made sure all of my needs were taken care of. I truly appreciated how professional, friendly, and helpful he was throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful experience very easy and comfortable.
