W.F. continues to go downhill. Especially in this region. No service between Great Bridge in Chesapeake, and either Elizabeth City or Kitty Hawk. Told by Customer Service to go to bank and fix ATM card problem. 30 minutes to get there and they say I don't have an appointment so I can't be helped... There was only one customer in the bank! So I had an account closed for inactivity and owed $30 bucks. I received a letter saying to visit the location if I still wanted it to remain open. I went and had the letter in hand while offering to pay off the balance plus some and have the account reopened. The Account manager told me that I could not and I needed a brand new account that was to be a of a limited value where I was limited to transactions no matter how much money I had on the account.
