Just left the Wells Fargo Manteo N.C. branch and could not get any help! Literally was pushed out the door! Feel like I was done wrong by the people I trust with my hard earned money. The only person with any customer service is Robert the manager. And of course he was not in today. So I walked out with more problems than I walked in with. And the Russian teller is very disrespectful and was more concerned about getting off work then helping a customer with a problem! Not just this location, but Wells Fargo in general are a bunch of crooks. If you have ANY other options in your area, it's in your better interest to bank somewhere that won't rob you blind to bank with them.
Went it to pay a loan very helpful and friendly
Had an issue with the chip on my credit card. Taylor the customer service manager was extremely professional and was able to answer my questions and gave me the answers that I needed. This was wonderful as I was on vacation and she put my mind at ease. She is an asset to the company. Thank you!
