Entered bank for 2 minute question and answer. Preceded to employee Tracy Laraque. She was abrupt and told me I could be put on 10 minute waiting list and if the person didn'tshow she wouldsee me then .. She was doing nothing. I preceded to counter . Finished and left building with her still doing nothing but waiting.. Another lost client for this bank. With their reputation, I would think they would go out of their way to be helpful. Worst part she had trainee in office beside her
They have the worst customer service and they don’t know how to address people properly. I went to open an account and they would not open an account for me. This is the worst!
