Very short , and dismissive on the phone.
The reason for the one star has nothing to do with the customer service from the employees at this location. As a matter of fact, I have always received good service from them (Especially Danielle Leiser! She is amazing with her service, professionalism, & energy). However, sadly, she is clearly overworked & underpaid for the work I see her do. There is no reason for a person to have to run the drive thru & then hurry to the front to run the counter as well!
