Very short , and dismissive on the phone.
The reason for the one star has nothing to do with the customer service from the employees at this location. As a matter of fact, I have always received good service from them (Especially Danielle Leiser! She is amazing with her service, professionalism, & energy). However, sadly, she is clearly overworked & underpaid for the work I see her do. There is no reason for a person to have to run the drive thru & then hurry to the front to run the counter as well! They are so slow I sat at that window idk how long and they just walking talking to each other smh
I opened up a new account here recently and had never banked at Wells Fargo previously. Service was prompt, polite and friendly on my first visit and every visit so far thereafter. I had my youngest son with me the first day, but typically I visit the bank solo after work. Every time I go I’m greeted with a “Hey, Mr. Collins!”, also they never fail to ask about the little guy and my family. All while taking care of my banking needs in a prompt manner. Awesome folks at Wells Fargo in LBG.
