I really don’t want to be Wells Fargo ‘s customer. Their website sucks. I cannot even set up my auto pay there.
Requires appointment to wire funds in excess of 25k if you show without an appt they wont even attempt to help you . If you are 10 minutes late you have to make a new appt. No Apologies No consideration When did banking become like going to the dentist. I will try someone else now with my fairly large accounts Wells Fargo could be the next big bank failure if you ask me.
Went there on Friday but they mentioned that they are busy and asked to come on Monday or after. They are not very accommodating or helpful.
