I have been to the bank twice, once for an appointment, they treated me great and another time in line for a check. The line wasn't too long. But I struggle with the phone. I have called numerous times to ask a question for a like a week now. I dont have time to come in but they never answer the phone.
I went to this bank out of necessity, but it was a terrible experience. No one attends to you, and the few staff members ignore you and make you wait a long time, regardless of the type of transaction you want to carry out. In short, a terrible bank.
