I think they are a great bank. Been a customer for as long as the Bassett branch has been there. I hate to see them close

Great customer service in and out of lobby quickly.
Worst.Bank.Ever. I have less than a thousand dollars left on a auto loan but I can't quite seem to get the money in it's entirety to pay the loan off so I am being charged $4.00 per day interest on $800 and some change. I wish my checking account made $4.00 per day interest.Stay away from this bank if you are looking for a new bank to bank at. You will have the rudest customer service you've ever had in your life.
