This branch is absolute trash….. stay far away from here and do business someplace else. How one location can have so many complaints and such a poor rating is a disgrace. Stay far, far away.
Worse Wells Fargo I ever seen! 2 times I went there and those bankers didn’t want to do their job ! Last time a banker was eating cereals at 11am and told me he was too busy to do a important wire for me ! Total disrespect. So I went to Wells Fargo hillside and they did everything for me right the way.
I came here to leave a good review because as someone who’s older I always receive the best help at this branch. But i was surprised to see all the bad reviews. I saw this one lady giving everyone a hard time because she didn’t have a drivers license while she was driving or any other form of ID when making a deposit and after all that leaves a bad review. This location is horrible. The entire branch is incompetent. I don’t understand the purpose of having branches at all if they serve 0 purpose. The tellers are in there doing nothing, on their phones while attending customers, and you have to speak first to be attended to. They are unprofessional and have no idea what they are talking about. I initially gave this location 5 stars four years ago, but unfortunately, the service has significantly declined since then. Recently, I attempted to make a cash withdrawal and was told they didn’t have enough to fulfill my request. They suggested I go to the Clark location instead. After expressing my frustration, they suddenly managed to provide half of the amount I requested.
